Half Empty or Half Full

A nice story about the way of thinking about everything.

Somewhere, there is an illiterate man who worked as a custodian. Already more than twenty years he worked there. One day the school principal was replaced. The new school principal to apply the new rules. All workers are required to read and write. Because he can not meet these requirements then the guard who was forced illiterate can not work anymore. At first he was very sad to lose a job that has long elaborated. Besides, with his job as caretaker he can support his family despite all shortcomings. He did not dare to go straight home and told his wife. He walked slowly trace the street while trying to think what he should do to resolve the problem. Along the way he passed he saw a few rows of stalls. Although the stalls not too big but the buyers who come pretty. Suddenly the blue came the idea to open a stall on the street. He began with a very simple stall later because of persistence over time evolved into some wider stalls. Now he became a successful and wealthy businessman. One day, he went to the bank to open an account. Because of illiteracy, he can not fill out the form. Bank employees who helped him said: "Well, you who are illiterate can have this much money, especially if you can read and write, certainly richer" In a smile he said: "If I can read and write, I'd still be a caretaker until today".

In life there is always a definite problem. The severity of the problems we face tergantu from the standpoint of where we see it. For a glass half filled with water, we can choose to see it as a glass "half empty" or "half full"
